SHIPPING INFORMATION

At TuttoKASA we are committed to ensuring fast and safe shipping for all your purchases. Here you will find all the information on delivery times, costs and methods.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation and shipped via reliable couriers.
• Estimated delivery time: 5-8 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
SHIPPING COSTS: Free shipping
DELIVERY AND FAILURE TO DELIVERY
• Make sure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package.
• If the courier is unable to deliver the order, he will attempt a new delivery or leave the package at a collection point.
• After multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we may charge you for a new shipment.
DAMAGES OR PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING
If you receive a damaged package or a missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the package and product. We will provide a solution as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
AllKASA
At TuttoKASA we want to guarantee you a safe and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by following the instructions below.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
1. Communicate your intention to return the product by sending an email to [support email], specifying the order number and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for our confirmation with return instructions.
3. Ship the product within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal, using a traceable service and at your own expense.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
• Returned in its original packaging, complete with accessories and manuals.
• Not used, washed or damaged.
• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
It is not possible to return:
• Customized or tailor-made products.
• Perishable items (e.g. food, plants).
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, mattresses).
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm acceptance or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method as your purchase.
Refunds do not include original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
CHANGES AND SUBSTITUTIONS
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the item and packaging. We will guide you through the replacement process at no additional cost.
